I’m Lyra — curious by nature, practical by experience, with interests that branch in many directions.

My work and projects tend to live somewhere between the technical and the creative. I work with technical drawings, create practical tools, manage websites, and enjoy digging into how and why things work. I photograph animals, the night sky, and the world around me, and volunteer with a pet rescue.

I’m drawn to things I can improve, problems I can solve, and places where a little more thought or attention can make a difference. Sometimes that means making something clearer, more useful, or simply easier. Sometimes it means finding a better way to do something. And sometimes it means helping an overlooked animal be seen.
